Terms of Use
Effective date
These Terms of Use are effective July 24, 2026 and apply to the KettleLedger mobile app, companion website, and optional connector services.
Use of KettleLedger
KettleLedger is a training log and planning tool. You are responsible for training safely, choosing appropriate loads, and stopping if something feels wrong.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. The companion portal can store cloud-backed workout history, templates, and Bell Locker records when you sign in and sync from the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
KettleLedger Pro may be offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a lifetime one-time purchase where available. Prices, trials, taxes, and availability are shown in the app by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
Automatic renewal
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or store account, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.
App Store terms
Purchases made through Apple are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Unofficial Garmin integration
The optional Garmin Connect connector is unofficial, uses private Garmin endpoints, and is not sponsored or endorsed by Garmin. It depends on user authorization and Garmin service behaviour. It may stop working without notice after Garmin changes, and KettleLedger may rate-limit, disable, or withdraw it when necessary for security, reliability, or compliance.
Integration data
Connecting Garmin authorizes KettleLedger to retrieve supported strength-activity metrics for import. Disconnecting stops future retrieval but does not automatically delete workouts you already imported; you can delete those workouts or request account-data deletion.
Data
Local app data remains on device unless export, integration, or cloud sync features are used. Cloud-backed data can be exported or deleted by request where applicable.
