Backup, portal reports, and published training content.
KettleLedger v1.2 connects the offline-first app with kettleledger.com. Athletes can back up their own training data, and published website content can reach the app without forcing every user to create an account.
Local-first training log
Backup, restore, and portal reports
Private user backup and public published content stay separate
Workout logs, custom templates, and Bell Locker records belong to the signed-in user. Published WODs, templates, programs, and blog posts come from the website content feed and can sync to signed-out app installs.
Private account sync
User-owned workout log sessions, set results, custom templates, and Bell Locker records require login and a bearer sync token.
Public content sync
Admin-published WODs, templates, programs, and blog posts are pulled from public content APIs when marked app-syncable.
Automatic refresh
Published content refreshes after app load when the last successful public-content sync is older than 12 hours.
What users see after syncing from the app
Everything synced becomes readable on the web
Dashboard
Weekly totals, volume, reps, HR, and recent sessions.
Workouts
Completed sessions, set detail, source labels, and reports.
Templates
Custom synced templates plus published website templates.
Bell Locker
Competition, cast, adjustable, and active inventory.
WODs
Built-in Originals plus admin-published WODs.
Blog
Website articles that can attach a WOD, template, or program.
A website control room for training content
Admins can manage global WOD, template, program, and blog records. Publishing controls decide whether an item appears on the website, syncs to the app, or remains a draft.
Publish once, deliver to website and app
From app to portal, and from admin to app
- 1Register or sign in inside the app settings.
- 2Choose whether to sync workouts, templates, Bell Locker, and published content.
- 3Run Sync now or let published content refresh automatically when stale.
- 4Review synced workouts, templates, bells, reports, trends, and calendar on the website.
- 1Create a WOD, template, program, or blog article in the admin area.
- 2Set the status to Published.
- 3Enable Website visible when it should appear on kettleledger.com.
- 4Enable App syncable when mobile clients should download it.
- 5Increase the content version when editing existing app-delivered content.
Published WODs and programs can reach apps automatically.
The mobile app pulls published app-syncable content from kettleledger.com. Existing app content updates when the website version increases, while user-owned local records remain separate.
