Privacy Policy
KettleLedger is local-first by default. This policy explains what data may be stored when you use the app, website, purchases, integrations, exports, or cloud sync features.
Effective date
This Privacy Policy is effective June 28, 2026 and applies to the KettleLedger mobile app and companion website.
Account data
If you create a website account, KettleLedger stores account identifiers such as email, name if provided, password hash, subscription status, and security/session metadata.
On-device app data
KettleLedger stores workout templates, workout history, settings, equipment data, and related training records locally on your device unless you choose to export, upload, import, or sync data.
Workout/session data
When cloud sync is enabled, synced workout history, templates, set results, notes, classifications, RPE, limiters, benchmark attempts, program enrollments, calendar items, Bell Locker data, and reports may be stored for your account.
Heart-rate data
Synced sessions may include heart-rate summaries such as average, max, min, start, end, recovery BPM, time in zones, HR load, sample counts, and optional sample data.
Garmin-imported data
Garmin strength sessions imported through the connector/provider flow may be stored as workout records and source metadata when sync is enabled.
Strava upload
When you choose to upload to Strava, KettleLedger sends the workout summary needed to create a Weight Training activity and stores export state.
Purchases
KettleLedger Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. KettleLedger receives entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features, not your full payment card details.
Device/sync metadata
Cloud sync may store device platform, app version, device name, last sync timestamps, and conflict/change metadata.
Export and deletion
You can request export or deletion of website account data and cloud-backed training records.
No selling
KettleLedger does not sell personal data.
